Shawn is a retired entrepreneur who started his career in computer design and quickly transitioned to leadership, corporate restructuring, and change management. With over 40 years of experience in corporate and start-up management, merger and acquisition, consulting, and non-profit board membership, he has cultivated a passion for social justice, policy, and raising awareness in the community.
Shawn’s last venture was opening and managing primary care medical clinics serving vulnerable and underserved populations. He believes genuine progress is more than economics, and we must align development with higher principles of inclusion and service. The social change stems from capacity building that includes conscious-shaping education, integration, and independence.
He also loves spending time outdoors walking, cycling, reading, and joining in social discourse wherever possible. Family is the core of his joy, and he thrives on that energy.
