Meghan Anderson (she/her) is an Assistant Property Manager with Urban Renaissance Group. In her role, she oversees the operations of 6 office buildings in Seattle and leads the Community & Partnerships and URGiving committees. Through her work leading these committees, she develops relationships with nonprofit organizations and engagement opportunities for staff in Urban Renaissance Group’s markets of Seattle, Portland, and Denver. Meghan has spent the majority of her career in the nonprofit sector working for organizations in Chattanooga, TN., Austin, TX., and most recently with Plymouth Housing in Seattle, providing housing to unhoused individuals. She’s a former United States Peace Corps volunteer who served in The Gambia in West Africa, working with the National Agricultural Research Institute and National Beekeepers Association. Meghan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
Meghan is interested in bridging the corporate/nonprofit divide to develop solutions to our community’s challenges and improve the lives of our most vulnerable residents. She is particularly interested in housing and mental health, and while not a creator of art, she loves consuming and supporting all forms of local art.
