Kalika Curry is a leadership coach, a mother of three, a long-time Pacific Northwest resident, and the founder of Pono Pursuit. Inspired by the Hawaiian value pono – to be in a state of harmony or balance with oneself, others, the land, work, and life itself – she strives to create racial healing and empowerment in the community.
Over the last 15 years, Kalika has focused on racial equity adaptive leadership, facilitation, and collective healing practices to reshape relationships and the community. Kalika is currently a Right to Breathe Association member and a volunteer for several local non-profits. Outside of work, Kalika enjoys the arts, yoga, being in nature, and spending time with her family.
