Jeanina Messerly (they/them) is the Administrative Associate at Social Venture Partners Seattle, where they support the coordination, systems, and daily operations that keep SVP’s programs and partnerships running smoothly. They bring ten years of experience in nonprofit leadership, coalition building, and mission-driven project management, with a focus on connecting people and strengthening team processes.
Before joining SVP, Jeanina worked with the Equity in Education Center, the Community Center for Education Results, and Fuse Washington, supporting campaigns and coalitions in education justice, clean energy, reproductive rights, and civic engagement. They received the Planned Parenthood Champion Award for their contributions to reproductive justice and are committed to equity-centered collaboration and community-driven change.
Outside of work, Jeanina enjoys cycling, running, paddleboarding, and exploring Seattle’s arts scene. They love musicals, finding unique films at Scarecrow Video, and occasionally performing at an open mic night.
