Antje(*) is passionate about helping organizations scale, transform and evolve to increase the collective impact of individuals with a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. She is an experienced strategist and change agent who loves “connecting the dots” and bringing together diverse stakeholders and viewpoints while navigating change and growth.
In her professional career, Antje has worked with organizations of all sizes in the public, private and non-profit sector. She started her career in program management and planning at Microsoft, followed by a decade of consulting with a focus on digital transformation and organizational change. Most recently, Antje supported the strategic planning process and implemented an employee onboarding program for the WA State Energy Office.
In work and life, Antje seeks to make a positive impact on local communities. She is a graduate of the Leadership Tomorrow program and is engaged with local non-profit organizations including the Rainier Valley Food Bank where she served on the board and is a regular volunteer. She has lived in Seattle for almost 30 years and enjoys hiking and running, cooking and eating out, spending time with family and friends, reading lots of books and enjoying live theater.
