Alexa Carver

Alexa Carver first joined SVP in 1999 and has since participated on a grant committee, in the Strategy COP, as a Lead Partner and as a strategic volunteer for more than 10 nonprofit partners. Alexa started her career as a teacher and school administrator, before getting her Masters in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University. Alexa currently operates an independent consulting firm, Inspire Impact Consulting, where she works with a wide variety of nonprofits and schools. For the past 15 years she has focused her work with boards and leadership teams on strategic thinking, board development and equity in governance to inspire maximum mission impact for the organizations she works with. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and biking with her three children.
