Strategic Planning Support for STEM Paths Innovation Network (SPIN)

STEM Paths Innovation Network (SPIN) is dedicated to increasing access to STEM education and career pathways for underrepresented youth through mentorship, hands-on learning, and community partnerships.

About the Opportunity:
SPIN is seeking a strategic planning volunteer to help facilitate planning sessions with board and staff leadership. The volunteer will support goal setting, alignment, and documentation to guide the organization’s future direction. A few examples of what this would entail:

  • Facilitating strategic planning sessions with leadership, staff, and stakeholders
  • Assessing organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT)
  • Guiding goal-setting and prioritization of programs, fundraising, and operations
  • Developing a roadmap with clear objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

What SPIN is Looking for:
Strategic thinkers with experience in facilitation, planning processes, or nonprofit governance. Someone who enjoys big-picture thinking and helping teams get aligned and focused.
