STEM Paths Innovation Network (SPIN) is dedicated to increasing access to STEM education and career pathways for underrepresented youth through mentorship, hands-on learning, and community partnerships.
About the Opportunity:
SPIN is seeking a strategic planning volunteer to help facilitate planning sessions with board and staff leadership. The volunteer will support goal setting, alignment, and documentation to guide the organization’s future direction. A few examples of what this would entail:
- Facilitating strategic planning sessions with leadership, staff, and stakeholders
- Assessing organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT)
- Guiding goal-setting and prioritization of programs, fundraising, and operations
- Developing a roadmap with clear objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
What SPIN is Looking for:
Strategic thinkers with experience in facilitation, planning processes, or nonprofit governance. Someone who enjoys big-picture thinking and helping teams get aligned and focused.
