Kathy has more than 20 years of global, executive-level HR experience. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer Zymeworks Inc.
Kathy honed her leadership, organizational and technical expertise in the software industry. As a Microsoft HR executive leader, she was responsible for leading the People Strategy for an organization of 11,000 employees generating $13B in annual revenues while enabling the shift to the cloud. During her Microsoft tenure, Ms. O’Driscoll led Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Diversity, Talent Management and Training functions. She spearheaded the HR strategies for the establishment of new businesses including Avanade (JV with Accenture) and the spin-off of Expedia. She led HR teams located in Europe and Asia, as well as the United States.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Ms. O’Driscoll held roles in college admissions and the Oregon Legislature. She holds a B.A. in Business and Communications from Pacific University and has
