Deidre McCormack Martin

Deidre McCormack Martin is the Executive Director for Family Law CASA, a position she has held since 2020. Deidre has dedicated the past 22 years of her career to working for various youth-focused non-profits, where she has held leadership roles and advocated for and provided services to youth. Previously, Deidre served as the Executive Director of Summer Search’s Seattle office, a national youth development organization, and also held the role of Interim ED for the WA Association for Infant Mental Health. In 2013, she was recognized as one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s “40 under 40”. Ms. McCormack Martin is committed to social justice, educational equity, and fostering a vibrant community that cares for all its members. She holds a BA in history from Santa Clara University and enjoys spending her spare time with her three daughters and husband in their community in West Seattle, as well as camping and hiking in the beautiful mountains of the Pacific Northwest.
