Gillia Bakie

Gillia Bakie is a longtime fundraising leader in the Pacific Northwest who is dedicated to helping create a more just and equitable world. She brings a passion for people- and community-centered fundraising to our team in her contract role. She supports the team’s fundraising strategy, day-to-day operations, and larger fundraising efforts. The owner and principal of Flicker Consulting, she has over 10 years of experience in fundraising strategy, planning, communications, individual giving, institutional giving, annual giving, and AI-enabled fundraising solutions. Born in the PNW, Gillia is a former roller derby player and was lucky enough to live in Italy for three years teaching English. She now lives in the Greenwood neighborhood with her spouse, kiddo, and cat.
