Keysha-Rae Cooper

Keysha-Rae brings her diverse background in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. The education she brings to the team is equally diverse; she holds a BA in Sociology from “the best university in the state,” Washington State University (Go Cougs!), and a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Fashion Marketing. She advocates within her community and continues to fight for social justice and equity, rebuilding our educational system, and promoting housing for all. Wisconsin-born, she has lived most of her life in Tacoma, and briefly in Austin, TX. Keysha-Rae is also a Palmer Scholars mentor, helping to set up ALL youth for success. She is grounded in relationship-building, a huge pillar of development. 

A go-getter and a servant leader who loves to be pushed outside of her comfort zone, she’s fittingly obsessed with CrossFit. You’ll find her at the gym throwing around weights 4-5 times per week! Random fun fact: Keysha-Rae also has two former professional athletes in her family.
