Heather leads SVP’s effort to grow its team of committed Partners and ensure that Partner experiences are transformative and impactful.
Heather brings over 20 years of experience working on a wide range of issues including healthcare; environmental, racial, and economic justice; and LGBTQ rights. She has been recognized for her work building high-functioning teams that deliver consequential results for their organizations.
Prior to joining SVP, Heather was the Western Regional Director at Working America, AFL-CIO, where she led teams of staff, stakeholders, and volunteers in a multi-state region.
Heather lives in Montlake with her spouse, Eric, and their two pugs, Scarlett and Ruby. She serves as President of the board of the Montlake Community Club. In her free time she enjoys reading good books, experiencing thought-provoking art, and embracing discovery through travel.
